Dear Sandy & Staff,
Butch and I want to say a big thank you for the
loving care you gave Beau. I am sorry that you
all had to go through the ordeal of Beau's
death. However, we know Beau received the best
of care through it all. We also regret that you
had to make that difficult phone call to us as
well. Please know that you all hold a special
place in our hearts and when we welcome another
pet into our family, we will gladly include you
and your facility among our friends and extended
family.

Dear Sandy,
This note is well overdue but I wanted to take a
minute to tell you how much we appreciate all of
your help and love for Sadee. She is doing
great at her new home. Her new family had to
board her and I thought you might get a smile
from her report cards. Thank you again for
caring. It is so nice to know she has a happy
life. now after such an awful start.

Dear Sandy & All of Your Staff
We would like to send a special thanks to all of
you for being there and going above and beyond
to take care of Lilly and all of the evacuated
pets. It meant the world to us to not have to
worry about Lilly's care on top of all of the
other worries that come with evacuation. In
addition - we really appreciate the courtesy
discount because we spent money we really didn't
have to keep all of us safe. You will always
have our Lilly when we come to visit our
daughter at school and when we have to evacuate
again. I know we can
always count on Paws & Claws.

love our two dogs (Toby & Brooks) just like
they are our children and
just like our children we worry about their
care and well-fare
when we have to leave them.
